My STUDIO ("we", "our" or the "Company") respects intellectual property rights and requires our users to do the same. This Copyright Notice explains the intellectual property ownership and usage policies applicable to our services.

Unless otherwise stated, My STUDIO and its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to our services, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights.
The services contain copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, logos and designs. No right to use our trademarks, trade names or brand names is granted under these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property in User Content
You retain all intellectual property rights in all content you upload, submit, create or transmit through our services ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display and perform your User Content solely for the purposes of providing, maintaining and improving our services, and developing new service features.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all User Content you upload, and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
3. Digital Human Models and Generated Content
Intellectual property rights in digital human models and video content created through our services ("Generated Content") are owned as follows:
The underlying digital human models and technologies are owned by My STUDIO.
You own the specific digital human avatars and Generated Content you create using our services, provided that you hold all rights to the User Content used to create such content.
Content generated by Free and Individual Plan users is subject to a non-exclusive license to My STUDIO, permitting us to use such content as examples in our marketing materials. Enterprise Plan users may opt out of this license.
4. Third-Party Content
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance or legality of any third-party content.
5. Copyright Infringement Notices
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. If you believe that your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of the location of the material you claim is infringing on our services.
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
