How do I sign up for a My STUDIO account?

Registering for a My STUDIO account is straightforward. Simply visit our official homepage, click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner, enter your email address and password, then click Create Account. The system will send a verification email to your inbox—please click the link in the email to complete verification, and you can start using the service right away.

Can I create multiple sub-accounts?

Yes, users on the Team and Enterprise plans can create multiple sub-accounts and assign different permissions to each. On the Account Settings > Team Management page, you can invite team members, assign roles, and manage permissions. The Team Plan supports up to 10 sub-accounts, while the Enterprise Plan has no limit on the number of sub-accounts.

How do I update my account information?

After logging in, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Account Settings. Under the Personal Info tab, you can edit your name, email, password, and other details. Changing your email requires verifying the new email address, and updating your password requires confirming your current password.

What is the maximum length for a digital human video I can generate?

The video length limit varies by plan: the Free Plan supports up to 5 minutes, the Individual Plan up to 15 minutes, the Team Plan up to 30 minutes, and the Enterprise Plan has no length restriction. If you need to generate longer videos, you can contact our customer service to request special permissions.

What video resolutions are supported for output?

My STUDIO supports a variety of video output resolutions, including 480p, 720p, 1080p and 4K. The Free Plan supports a maximum of 720p, the Individual and Team Plans support 1080p, and the Enterprise Plan supports 4K ultra-high definition resolution. You can select your desired resolution in the video generation settings.

How do I add a custom background image or video?

On the video creation interface, click Background Settings, select the Custom option, then click the Upload button to upload your own background image or video. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, MP4 and WEBM. You can also adjust the scaling method and position of the background.

Can I use my own voice or audio?

Yes, you can upload your own audio files as the digital human's voice. In Voice Settings, select the Upload Audio option and upload audio files in MP3 or WAV format—the system will automatically sync the audio with the digital human's lip movements. Enterprise Plan users also have access to the voice cloning feature to generate a voice similar to the uploaded audio.

What are the differences between the various plans?

My STUDIO offers four plans: Free, Individual, Team and Enterprise. The key differences lie in the number of digital human avatars available, video length limits, video quality, monthly generation quotas, access to advanced features, and technical support services. How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time on the Account Settings > Plan Management page. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges applied. Plan downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscribers who need to downgrade early can contact customer service for assistance, and we will refund the price difference on a prorated basis of the remaining service period.

Are invoices provided? How do I apply for one?

Yes, all paying users can apply for an invoice. On the Account Settings > Billing Management page, click the Apply for Invoice button, fill in the invoice information and submit the application. We support VAT ordinary invoices and VAT special invoices. E-invoices will be sent to your email within 1-3 working days, and physical invoices will be delivered by courier.

What should I do if video generation fails?

If video generation fails, first check that your network connection is stable, then try the following solutions: 1) Simplify the video content (reduce the amount of text or replace with a simpler background); 2) Clear your browser cache and try again; 3) Update your browser to the latest version or switch to the Chrome browser. If the issue persists, submit a ticket in the Help Center and attach a screenshot of the error and the video ID.

Which browsers are supported?

My STUDIO recommends using Google Chrome (version 90.0 or above), Microsoft Edge (version 90.0 or above) or Safari (version 14.0 or above). Internet Explorer is not recommended as it may cause functional abnormalities. Please ensure that JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser when using the service.

Which plans include API access?

API access is only available to Team and Enterprise Plan users. Team Plan users can use basic API features, while Enterprise Plan users have access to all API features, including advanced functionalities and custom development support. Individual Plan users who need API access can contact us to upgrade to the Team or Enterprise Plan.

Is there a limit on API call frequency?

Yes, the API call frequency limit varies by plan: the Team Plan allows a maximum of 5 calls per second, and the Enterprise Plan allows a maximum of 20 calls per second. If you need a higher call frequency, you can contact our sales team to customize an enterprise solution. API call activity can be viewed on the Account Settings > API > Usage Statistics page.

How do I get started with creating digital human videos on My STUDIO?

Creating digital human videos with My STUDIO is incredibly simple and only takes three steps: 1) After logging in to your account, click the Start Creating button; 2) Select a digital human avatar, enter your text script, and set the background; 3) Click the Generate Video button and wait a few minutes for completion. Do I need professional skills to use this platform?

No, you don’t. My STUDIO is specially designed for non-professional users with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, and no experience in video editing or 3D modeling is required. Simply enter your text content, and the system will automatically handle complex technical processes such as lip-syncing, speech synthesis, and video rendering.

How long does video generation take?

The video generation time depends on the length and complexity of the video. Generally: short videos under 30 seconds take about 1-2 minutes, standard videos under 5 minutes take about 3-5 minutes, and long videos over 15 minutes may take 10-15 minutes. Enterprise Plan users enjoy priority rendering rights and get a 30% faster generation speed than free users.

Can I customize the video background and scenes?

Yes. My STUDIO offers a variety of background options, including solid color backgrounds, image backgrounds, virtual scenes, and a green screen keying feature. Advanced users can also upload custom background images or videos. Enterprise Plan users have access to exclusive virtual scenes and 3D backgrounds.

How do I change a digital human's outfit and pose?

On the creation interface, select a digital human and click the Appearance Settings button to change outfits, adjust poses and facial expressions. Some premium digital humans also support custom hairstyles, accessories and makeup. If you need more customization options, you can contact our enterprise services team for exclusive digital human customization services.

Which languages are supported for text-to-speech?

My STUDIO currently supports text-to-speech in more than 20 languages, including Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, German and others. Multiple voice timbres are available for each language, and you can switch languages and timbres at any time on the text editing interface. Enterprise Plan users can also upload custom voices or use the voice cloning feature.

What are the key differences between the Free Plan and paid plans?

The Free Plan offers a basic feature experience, including 3 digital human avatars, 720p video quality, a maximum video length of 5 minutes, and a monthly quota of 3 videos. Paid plans provide a wider selection of digital humans, 1080p/4K video quality, longer video durations, watermark-free output, and access to advanced features such as voice cloning and custom digital humans. How do I upgrade my plan? Can I downgrade it at any time?

How do I invite team members for collaboration?

The team collaboration feature is only available to users on the Team and Enterprise Plans. On the Team Management page, click the Invite Members button, enter the email address and set the permission level (Admin, Editor, Viewer), and the recipient will receive an invitation email. The Team Plan supports up to 10 members, with no upper limit for the Enterprise Plan.

What should I do if video generation fails?

If video generation fails, first check that your network connection is stable, then try the following solutions: 1) Simplify the video content (reduce the amount of text or switch to a simpler background); 2) Clear your browser cache and try again; 3) Update your browser to the latest version or switch to the Chrome browser.
